Apply when you’re ready
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll send an application link. The application fee is $45 per adult age 18 or older who will live in the home.

Application review
We review the reports, including income, identity, and eviction history, before making a final decision about moving forward.

These rental policies and requirements apply to all Pulliam Property Management homes.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Cats of any breed and small-breed dogs are allowed. There is no set weight cutoff for dogs; eligibility is based on breed type. A refundable $300 pet deposit applies to each pet. Like the general security deposit, it is subject to lawful deductions.
Which utilities are provided, and what are the monthly fees?
Water, sewer, and landscaping are taken care of. We also provide trash service for $30 per month and pest control for $10 per month, charged separately from rent. Residents are responsible for electricity.
How long is the lease?
Our lease term is 12 months.
What are the income and application requirements?
Combined monthly household income must be at least three times the monthly rent for the home you are applying for. Refer to the home’s listing for its monthly rent.
Applications are evaluated using a range of factors. The process includes consumer reports, income and identity verification, and eviction-history review. Meeting the income requirement does not guarantee approval.
How much does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $45 for each adult age 18 or older who will live in the home. We send the application link after the tour if you decide to move forward.
How do I schedule a tour?
First, open the listing for the home you’re interested in and use its dedicated TurboTenant link to complete the pre-screen. We’ll then follow up personally to schedule your tour.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Pulliam Property Management homes. Smoking is allowed outdoors on decks, patios, and in common areas. Smoke odor remaining inside the home after move-out may result in fees.
What is the security deposit?
The required security deposit is shown in each home’s listing. Security deposits are refundable, subject to lawful deductions. A separate refundable $300 deposit is required for each pet and is subject to the same lawful-deduction rules.
